So far, this is the third RPTRA which built through partnership with PT. Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia on 1,630 square meters area.
Jakarta PPAPP Agency Head, Tuty Kusumawati mentioned, RPTRA Kayu Mas construction is targeted to finish in November 2020.

"Based on recent estimation, there are 7,816 children in Pulo Gadung Urban Village," she conveyed, Thursday (8/27).
Later, this RPTRA will be equipped with various facilities such as library, multipurpose room, musala (prayer's room), lactation room, PKK Mart, children playground, futsal field, jogging track, fountain, reflection park, and a park for medicinal plants.
The construction's concept is similar with Maju Bersama Park (TMB) which encourages local residents and children to input their ideas and interests from the beginning of construction.
"With this RPTRA, children can have a place to play and residents can have a place to develop their creativity and do their activities," she explained.
According to her, RPTRA will be developed with various programs, where it can be used as learning center, community hall, and reporting center for domestic violence cases and others.
"For that reason, we will also provide psychologists in RPTRA," she closed.
